Located on the 1st floor of a two-story building with two neighbours, it has a 25 m2 private garage, elevator (from April to September), air conditioning and private room on the roof for alfresco dining.

The most challenging aspect was finding the address to collect the key and we remain grateful for the assistance of a local resident. A map would help. It would also be useful to have some rudimentary instructions for the operation of the appliances, for those who may be unfamiliar. The absence of a kettle was quickly resolved. A parasol on the terrace would be beneficial in very hot weather.
All in all we had a very pleasant stay and were glad to find L'Escala still the same at heart as it was during our last visit 5 years ago. The apartment was very good and the garage is a great convenience with a car. We have been to this part of L'Escala many times and we will be glad to return to this appartment or this booking agent.
