Built in 1990, the apartment combines traditional silver-pine log character with the comforts of a modern holiday home. It suits a family of 4-5 guests especially well, and small pets are welcome too. Highlights include a private electric sauna, a fireplace in the living room and a sheltered terrace yard, with ski tracks and cycling routes starting right from the housing company`s yard, the grocery store 2 km away and the heart of Ruka and its activities 2.5 km away.

The living space is distributed across the ground floor and a loft above it.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor offers a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV, and a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer compartment. A wireless internet connection, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and cleaning supplies are also provided.

Bedrooms & Loft: There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, and the loft above holds three further beds, giving five sleeping places in total. A baby cot is available for the youngest guests.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washing facilities include a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothes and a hair dryer. Connected to the bathroom is your own electric sauna.

Outdoor area: The apartment has its own sheltered terrace yard. Parking is in the housing company`s parking area, which has one car heating plug, and firewood is available from the firewood storage on site.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
