Overall, it was a comfortable property however, it definitely was unkept. talking about peeling paint, rusty metal, dirty bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the AC was okay. Lovely property though. Quiet and nature.

The hotel is OK, but do not refund any deposit and/overcharges to your account. It is a scam i think, they ‘accidentally’ overcharge your credit card, and they say they will refund later. And they never do!

We came here because it was listed as nonsmoking, free wifi, and air conditioning. Our first room smelled like smoke, and could not connect to wifi. The reception was able to switch our room, but we still could not access wifi from the room, and had a showerhead that was not working.

Service is terrible and unprofessional

Wifi was not working and me and my partner work as freelancers so we asked if it can be resolved asap. The staff was very amateurish about our ask (not even a complaint at this point) and basically lied “I checked the wifi around your room, it works on my phone”. We kept on asking and they kept on saying the same thing with more and more contempt. Also, it says they have an exclusive breakfast with detox juices and whatnot but “due to covid-19”, the breakfast is just some sadly packed jams and omelette. They have no extra covers or pillows in the room and provide only one single-person sheet for a twin room. There is another Risus in Kusadasi and the prices seem similar. If you have to, choose them because at least it has a nice beach area. Overall, I would not recommend you to stay here. The service and attitude is horrible and they are brazenfaced.

Aamiainen oli melko surkea, pelkkää valkoista leipää ja marmeladia. Siivouksen taso oli huono (tosin se ei ollut henkilökunnan vika, heillä ei esim ollut imuria) Suihkut ja hanat toimivat huonosti. Uima-allas oli hyvä, kokonaisuutena hotellista saisi aivan upean, mökit olivat kivat ja kissoja ja koiria joka puolella.
