The staff were very congenial. The view was great. The layout of the hotel is poor. Accessibility to the rooms was extremely poor. Handicap Accessibility poor. No Accessibility on our floor to ice machine on our, it was out of order. We had to go back down to the front desk to get ice from our room location quite a ways to the elevator to the 1st floor. No easy Accessibility to the elevator off the parking garage uless you parked on the ground fmoor ane went through the lobby, otherwise you still had steps you had to up up or down to get to the elevator.

Hey Tamara! I'm sorry certain parts of your stay was harder being further away from the elevators. We would have been more than happy to move you closer to the elevator if we had known! We also have a ramp to the left of the stairs if you needed that instead of taking the steps. We hope that next time you can give us a call and we can set you in the perfect space to fit your needs!

Unit was not as clean as I expected.. if you walked barefoot, your feet would be black with dirt and you would have to wash your feet before going to bed. The manager was very rude, no hello when you check in or out. He just stares at you like you stole something. The ceiling fans in the lobby had cobwebs and dust hanging from them but the view was incredible

I was very disappointed with the amenities at the hotel. They claim to have an elegant waterfront dining facility but it is no better, and sometimes not as much to choose from, than a cafeteria. The hours of the place are short and doesn't open until 8AM. The snack area had very little in the store and had empty shelves all over. The outdoor "lounge" or bar was open only occasionally and one day there was a sign saying "We are closed due to extraordinary circumstances". Don't know what that means. The place was not clean and there was a distinct chemical smell in the room every time that you entered. Had to make a trip to the front desk to get towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. They made it very clear that no one was coming to the room for service. We even left a day earlier than we planned because I didn't like the place.

Renovations + Closures

The property will be renovating from February 26 2024 to April 26 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
