The room is very basic. Do not expect a five star hotel, but if you are only looking for a place to sleep that is very close to the ocean, then this is the right place. Beware that the shower is very small and there is no staff in site, although you can text or call if needed. The A/C window unit can feel loud since the room is small. Note that the ocean is across the road, and there are public access routes very close.

The cottage was a great little place for a family of 6 there was some needed upgrades but nothing I could not work out. Loved the privacy and much needed place, sent a lot of time in the sun room, very clean, no one bothered us right by the dog park area, beach access right across the street from the house, there was some uneven floor areas but it was fine for us the back door code would not work for us but we used the front door most of the time over all a 4.5 star place

First time here at Seabirds and very much enjoyed it. Love that it is pet friendly and the size of the room was perfect. The room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet during the night. Good communication when I had difficulty accessing the key code, but got it fixed quickly and easily.

Liked: keyless code, pool, kitchen, walkable distance to the beach. Can work on: 1- ventilation system for the kitchen. The stove has a burned smell when we first turn it on, but theres no ventilation to get the smell to the outside. 2- parking space is so small. Need to pay extra for another car. 3- Rusty bath stall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the motel. We noticed that there were clear effort in upgrading the area with new painting, better services and accommodations for the guests. We appreciate the effort. It is worth the stay and we would come back! Thank you!!!

Really enjoyed staying in the cottage. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the enclosed porch and with the amount of room was able to hang out with family and play games when we couldn't be outside. Location to the beach was great and area attractions too. The only thing that could really be improved is updating the bathroom/repairs. All in all we had a very good stay.

We booked very last minute. No staff on property after 5-6pm. Check in code was emailed to us and you open the door with a code. Very nice and modern room. Better than expected. Walking distance to the beach and pier. Great location.

Staff was very helpful and answered questions timely. Easy check in and check out. Room could have used additional cleaning. Window AC was loud and difficult to hear tv even with volume turned up. Water temp in shower was cold. Bedroom was hot upon arrival. Freezer was frozen over. Including appropriate kitchen space.
