客室の温度は、つけると寒く切ると暑くて良い室温に成りにくかった。客室内のトイレに髪の毛が落ちていたりちょっと不快だった。大浴場が分かりにくいのと、鍵を預かりに行くのが不便でした。大浴場の温泉は良かったです。夕食・朝食は美味しかったです。

駅の近くにあるので、ご飯屋さんやコンビニも近くにあり便利です。かといってとても騒がしい訳ではなく、夜はゆっくり寝れました。 大浴場にはサウナもあり、くつろげました。 朝ごはんのバイキングも美味しかったです。 内装は少し古い感じで、汚れが気になる箇所もありましたが、お値段のことを考えると十分素敵なホテルだと思います。

決して豪華なものではないが、夕食まで付いての値段は高コスパ。 廊下等の共用部分はそれなりだが、客室は掃除もきちんとされており問題ない。 あえて一つ言わせてもらえば、チェックインの時に団体さんのチェックインと重なったせいか、とある男性の態度に問題あり。 カウンターが空いたのでチェックインしようとしたら、「他に待っている人がいる」と待たされたが、チェックイン作業するわけでもなくぼんやりしていた挙句、バックヤードに消えてしまった。 他のフロントの方の感じが良かっただけに、余計に目立った。

チェックインの時に説明頂いて、朝食のみではなく、夕食まで宿泊代に無料でついているのですが、利用されますか？とのことで聞かれて、本当にビックリでした。 そして、やっぱり2食付きは本当にありがたかったです。 私個人は、ホテルが古くても、お部屋が古くても特に気にはならず、一人当たりの値段がお安いのに2食付きという事実に、本当にかなりビックリして本当に感動したので余計に、お部屋の清潔さの部分が、かなり低いのが非常に残念でした。埃が…。アレルギーとかの人もいるので、やっぱり最低限のお部屋の清潔さは大事かと思うので、そこを改善が出来たら凄くお勧め出来るホテルになるのかな？と思います。

サラダバー、ドリンクバー有りの普通に美味しくボリュームある朝食、夕食 2食付き。部屋の設備も十分でとてもリーズナブルな料金でした。私は2泊でタオル交換のみ掃除不用だと更に200円キャッシュバックされました。驚きのコスパです。美観地区からもすぐ近く！私は利用しませんでしたが、大浴場の温泉もありました。また倉敷に行くことがあれば必ず利用します！

大人2人お安く泊まれるので初めて予約取りましたが、値段相応でした。食事は夜はカレーライスか白身魚のフライを選ぶシステムでそれぞれ食べてみましたが、スーパーのお惣菜によくある味であまり満足出来ず、ホテルを出て近くの居酒屋にご飯食べに行きました。朝食はバイキング形式でしたがパンもよくあるスーパーで売られているロールパンとサラダバイキング。夕食に比べると朝食のほうが良かったですが値段相応。清潔さは室内は綺麗にされてましたが、廊下には蜘蛛の巣が張ってある所もあり、エレベーターは古くドアの開閉の度にガタガタと音がなりこわかったです。ロビーがレストランと近い事もあり飲食の臭いがきつかったです。値段が安かったので値段相応でしょうがないかなとも思いますが、もう少しお金を出していいホテルに泊まろうかなとも思いました。お風呂は平日で空いてる事もあり、1人でゆっくり入れ気持ちよかったです。スタッフさんが凄く積極が良かったので、その点で⭐︎3つになります。
