Friendly service overall, and superb at the dining restaurant Galla where we had a lovely and unrushed dinner despite having to run into some car trouble and coming in late. The breakfast is very good too. Best place in town!

Jos haluat taivaallisen hyvää aamupalaa, valitse Lapland Hotel! Matkustan paljon Suomessa sekä ulkomailla ja tästä tuli ehdottomasti suosikkihotelli! Kaikkialla oli siistiä ja puhdasta, myös vessa ja suihku olivat puhtaat. Huoneessa tuoksui raikkaalta. Henkilökunta oli aivan ihana! Tuli tunne, että on lämpimästi tervetullut. Autolle oli parkkihallissa paikka ja se oli kohtuuhintainen. Palvelut olivat hyvät ja saunaan sekä kuntosalille pääsi laajoilla aukioloajoilla. Torille käveli muutamassa minuutissa. Pelkästään tämän hotellin vuoksi täytyy lähteä toisenkin kerran Kuopioon! In English: If you want a heavenly good breakfast, choose Lapland Hotel! I travel a lot both in Finland and abroad, and this has definitely become my favorite hotel. Everything was clean and tidy everywhere. The toilet and shower were also very clean, and the room smelled fresh. The staff were absolutely wonderful! It really felt like you were warmly welcomed. There was a parking space for the car in the parking garage, and the price was reasonable. The services were good, and the sauna and gym had wide opening hours. The market square was just a few minutes’ walk away. I will have to visit Kuopio again just because of this hotel!

Aamupalalla gluteenittomassa valikoimassa ollut aiemmin useampaa leipää ja kahvimakeaa paremmin tarjolla. Nyt oli niukentunut. Tavallista oli kyllä sen 7 sorttia. Missä lakkahillo?? Salaatin lehdet lähes loppu ja nekin nuupahtanutta. Olin hakemassa kahville lisää jotain, ni pöytä oli tyhjätty ja siinä jo uusi asiakas. Kuuma huone, ei saanut säädettyä lämpötilaa.
