Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again!

約1ヶ月の滞在でしたが、部屋やお風呂も広く快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 スタッフの対応も大変親切にまた、冬場の寒い時期でしたがホテルに帰ると部屋の暖房が効いていて心遣いに感謝しています。 今後も宿泊したい思います。

朝食付きであったのは良かったが、味噌汁や和風のおかずなのに、ご飯（お米）でなく、パンしかないというアンバランス。お米と味噌汁と納豆と漬け物くらいで満足するのに、イマイチ。あと、おかずの味も家庭料理にも届かない感じがして、少し残念でした。それ以外は、とても満足しています。

機会があればリピートします。
6泊しました。 安さや古さで仕方ないところもあります。 ・歯ブラシが安っぽい ・水道設備が古い ・スリッパの履き心地が悪い ・朝食が変わり映えしない それ以外はスタッフの接客も素晴らしく清掃も行き届いていましたし、駐車場も砂利ですが無料でした。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。
