Great stay again. We were here just recently and the staff did not disappoint at all. Ishvi was very nice and helpful in arranging our rooms per our request. Gurjant, Harpreet and Gurvinder were always very welcoming at the entrance and assisted with our bags. Thanks to Amit, Nayak, KG and Deepak for providing us a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet daily. Will definitely be back at this hotel again as it’s our favorite in Chandigarh by far.

Staff was very helpful especially Ishvi at the front check in. She was very accommodating in our request. Chef Amit was very hospitable at the buffet. Bellman Gurjant and Harpreet were very welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and has nice facilities such as the fitness centre, spa and dining options. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next stay in Chandigarh.

I realized after my stay that I had paid for the food beverage credit which was not brought to my attention upon checkin. Extremely disappointed and upset about that. Had better expectations. I get the fact that hotels don’t like it when 3rd party providers like Expedia are used for booking, but you should not make the guest feel like they were cheated out of this option.
