The ideal location of the - Apartment am Strand -, beach access 15 is only about 50 m away and the quiet location in the apartment house Waldeck, also house B of the hotel on the west beach, offers the best conditions for a relaxing wellness holiday.
That in the 4th Floor-level, 41 m² apartment is easily accessible by elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm), a dining area with kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub (shower), sink, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and a cozy living area with TV, DVD player and telephone. The apartment can be heated in all rooms and there is internet access via WLAN. From the living room you enter the south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the city forest. The apartment has a free underground parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie ist gemütlich eingericht.Ein paar Küchenutensilien sind nicht mehr ok( Sparschäler stumpf, Schere defekt). Der Kühlschrank roch etwas dumpf.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum Kühlungsborn West. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenso in der Nähe fußläufig erreichbar. Den Balkon konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Etwas problematisch ist die Nutzung des Tiefgaragenplatzes, der zu der Ferienwohnung gehört. Das Einfahren bzw. Ausfahren ist etwas abenteuerlich, zumindest für unser Auto (Kombi). Unser Auto ist etwas zu lang für die Einfahrt. Die Tiefgarage selbst bietet genug Platz. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und schnell. Das Büro ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung! Achtung beim Parken!

Alles sauber. Sehr gute Matratzen. Schöne Wohnung. Der Aufzug funktioniert sehr gut. Gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter wegen einer zeitlichen Umbuchung. Danke nochmal! Alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz ist kostenlos. Mit einem etwas größeren Fahrzeug würde ich diesen nicht benutzen. Wir sind 2 x reingefahren, dann war klar das wir einen anderen Parkplatz brauchen. Die Zufahrt ist relativ schmal, mit Gefälle und kurvig. Zusätzlich ist sie mit einem Bordstein abgegrenzt. Zeitlich unbegrenzte Parkplätze befinden sich in Kühlungsborn, laut Auskunft einer anderen Ferienanlage, nur am Ortsrand. Wir haben beim angrenzenden Hotel nach einem normalen Parkplatz gefragt und haben netter Weise einen gegen Bezahlung bekommen. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen!

Zentral- aber trotzdem ruhig gelegenes Appartment

Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral, ist aber durch die Lage nach hinten raus sehr ruhig gelegen. Es hat alle notwendigen Dinge des Lebens - hervorzuheben ist auch eine gute WiFi-Anbindung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden durchaus einmal wiederkommen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Juli 2019

Die Wohnungist genauso wie beschrieben - es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend , genauso wie die Lage und der wunderschöne Strand. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war mehr als ausreichend - es fehlte an nichts. Gaststätten, Unterhaltung (wer möchte) alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die "Zusammenarbeit " mit Fewo - direkt funktionierte bei uns nicht so richtig (Sprachverständnis der Mitarbeiter). Als wir dann direkt Kontakt mit Herrn Schäfer hatten, wurde alles freundlich und sofort geregelt. Vielen Dank nochmal!! Auch die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ganz unkompliziert. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub . Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
