The new, modern, and light-filled upstairs apartment “An’t Möhlen” (completed in May 2020) is located just a 5-minute walk from the town center, yet far from the tourist crowds, near the Greetsiel Twin Mills.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 on the first floor and 1 in the attic studio), a bathroom with a shower, a window, and a hair dryer, as well as a separate toilet. The upper floor is finished with high-quality tiles and features underfloor heating. The attic studio has vinyl flooring with a wood-plank look, giving the bedroom—with its porthole window—a cozy cabin-like feel.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom in the attic studio has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a dresser. The windows on the upper floor are equipped with electric blinds; in the attic studio, there is a roller shade in front of the round window and the skylight to block out the light.

In the high-end living room, you’ll find two cozy sofas with a smart TV and a dining table with four comfortable upholstered chairs. There are also plenty of board games available, so nothing stands in the way of a fun game night! The high-quality kitchen offers everything from a coffee maker, Senseo coffee pad machine, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and a small radio, all the way to a refrigerator, a separate freezer, an oven, an induction stove, and a dishwasher.

A washer-dryer, an ironing board, and an iron are provided. The balcony is furnished with four chairs and two footstools; a parasol is also provided. All windows are equipped with fly screens.

Two small dogs are welcome upon request.

The storage shed directly in front of the apartment offers space for your bicycles, an e-bike charging station for two bikes, and a parking space is available directly in front of the apartment.

This accommodations are available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.

The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
