Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.
