Clean property, spacious and comfortable rooms, felt very homely and safe. pool was great, good size and temperature, a lot of outdoor space and lovely garden. we were made to feel very welcome. very quiet and sleepy village. The small shop across the road is great for all basic needs, and more. Distance to the rest of Istria was really convenient, and we even made it to Postojna caves in 1hr 40min. Nearest big shops were 20 min away. Great place to enjoy the area as well as relaxation 'at home'.

Our stay at Susnjevica

We had a really good holiday in Croatia but we were a little disappointed with the villa we stayed in. Although the property showed a lot of character, it was let down by few niggly things. Firstly the kitchen seems to be work in progress as their was no oven fitted and the lower units below sink and hob were very empty. The rest of the kitchen was fine. The downstairs master shower room had a very serious foul smell that we can only put down to the drains. We did purchase some dissinfectant to ease this a bit. The lounge did not cater for 6 adults seating wise which meant we had to bring in 2 of the outside Rattin chairs to be more comfortable. Although not a problem to us, the TV gave no English channels whatsover. The one major problem for us, being older people, was the fact that the only toilets were downstairs. With the stairs being the old wooden type, there was no way you could come down without any noise. Myself and my wife stayed in the middle room and were the only ones that regularly were bitten by something in bed. On looking at the photos on your site, they do make the property look alot better than reality. Despite the above, we really enjoyed our stay in Croatia and would recommend anyone thinking of visiting

Absolut ruhiger Urlaub

Wir würden herzlich empfangen, zu Begrüßung gab es guten selbstgebrannten Schnaps. Im Kühlschrank wartete eine Melone und lokaler Wein auf uns. Das Außengelände bietet mehr als genug Möglichkeiten den Tag zu verbringen. Die Toilette am Pool war Gold wert. Die Lage des Objektes ist in Ordnung, jede größere Stadt ist in einer guten Stunde zu erreichen. Zum Abschied bekammen wir sogar noch eine schöne gestaltete Flasche von dem guten selbstgebrannten.

Entspannte Auszeit

Wir hatten gemeinsam mit Freunden (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr entspannte 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen während des Aufenthalts wurden umgehend geklärt. Wir haben auch tolle Ausflugsempfehlungen bekommen. Das Haus war insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Der Garten bot ausreichend Platz für Spiele, die Kinder konnten schaukeln, die Erwachsenen in der Hängematte oder auf Sonnenliegen chillen und der Pool lud regelmäßig zur Erfrischung ein. Die Sitzecke mit Grill haben wir oft genutzt und wenn es zu heiß war, haben wir uns ins klimatisierte Haus zurückgezogen. Einzig die vielen Mücken und die unendliche Hitze waren etwas anstrengend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Schöner großer Garten und Haus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Haus, Garten und Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die drei Schlafzimmer liegen im 1. Obergeschoss, die zwei Bäder, Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt zudem eine Toilette und eine Dusche im Außenbereich am Pool. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet (Tischtennisplatte, kleines Fußballfeld, Volleyballnetz). Draußen waren im August/ September viele Stechmücken, daher auf jeden Fall Mückenschutz mitbringen. Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub mit dem perfekten Mix aus Meer und dem Nationalpark

Das gepflegte Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und bietet mit seinem Pool und dem großen Garten alles für einen entspannten und ungestörten Ferientag. Der angrenzende Nationalpark beginnt quasi auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Abgerundet wurde der schöne Urlaub durch den netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt zu unseren freundlichen Gastgebern. Vielen Dank an Mateo und seine Familie! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Landhaus mit großartiger Pool- und Gartenanlage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem gut eingerichteten Landhaus verbracht. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der große Pool und der große und gepflegte Garten waren das Highlight, auch für unsere Kinder. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Lediglich im 3. Schlafzimmer fehlte eine Klimaanlage, was die Nutzung bei den Temperaturen im Sommer leider einschränkt. Für uns war die Lage zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer in einem etwas abgeschiederenem Landdorf kein Problem. Viel Ruhe und viel Natur. Und keine Nachbarn bei laut tobenden Kindern im Pool! Es gibt ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt gegenüber vom Haus, wo man alles notwendige kaufen kann. Supermärkte gibt es in Labin ca. 20min. entfernt. Der nächste Strand in Plomin war mit dem Auto 15min entfernt, Rabac als größerer Touristenort am Meer ca. 30 min. Natürlich gab es dort viele Mücken, aber auch nicht mehr als in anderen südeuropäischen Ländern. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht.

Schöner Familienurlaub

ruhig und idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus mit sehr netten Vermietern. Toller Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird, Grillmöglichkeit, Tischtennisplatte.... Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schönes altes Haus in absolut ruhige Lage!

Wir wurden mit einem hausgemachten Schnaps und einer sehr netten Vermieterin bei unserer Ankunft erwartet. (vielen lieben Dank nochmal für das Geschenk :) Zum Ferienhaus: das Haus ist ein älteres mit viel Liebe renoviertes Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Oben im 1. Stock in den Schlafzimmern sind alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet was wirklich von Vorteil ist. Im Erdgeschoss leider nicht, was zur Folge hatte das unendlich viele Insekten, Käfer darunter Tausendfüßler und 2 Skorpione unsere ungebetenen Gäste waren (wobei unsere Fenster nur in der Früh zum Lüften geöffnet wurden ansonsten immer geschlossen blieben). In dem neuen Bad unten im Erdgeschoss macht sich immer wieder ein sehr unangenehmer stark beißender Duft bemerkbar (Kanalisation , Sickergrube?) Zum Außenbereich: hier ist ganz klar der Poolbereich erwähnenswert den wir wirklich genossen haben. Zusätzlich haben die Eigentümer eine Außentoilette fertig gestellt(diese ist in der Tat Goldwert 😀) Dadurch ist zwar die Sitzgelegenheit verschmälert - es ist aber immer noch genügend Platz vorhanden! Ein direkter Zugang aus der Küche zur Sitzgelegenheit wäre erleichternd, dies dürfte sich jedoch schwierig gestalten. Hier unbedingt Räucherspiralen aufstellen! Die Mücken sind eine wahre Plage! Der Garten ist schön groß, komplett umzäunt und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, also wirklich absolut ruhig! Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Natur pur! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Mini Market, welcher wirklich alles bieten kann. Vor allem eine sehr, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Man kann sich auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen. Ansonsten in Labin - Lidl, Plodine, Spar, Müller und dm- alles vorhanden. Strand/Meer. Hier mussten wir leider ziemlich weit nach Ravni ((45 min einfach!) fahren um zu einem Strand zu kommen wo die ganze Familie glücklich war (sechs Personen). Ein weiteres süßes Örtchen ist die Copacabana Strandbar in Plomin - hier waren wir auch sehr gern. Die anderen Strände waren leider nicht unsere erste Wahl. Gastronomie: hier gibt es jede Menge, jedoch immer mit viel fahren verbunden. Beispiel: über Google Maps Entfernung von 7 km tatsächliche Fahrzeit für diese 7 km sind teilweise über 40 Minuten (Hier ist es Gebirge dazwischen welches umfahren werden muss) Wir haben es geschafft in diesen zwei Wochen zusätzlich 1200 km auf dem Tacho zu bringen.

Familienurlaub

Das Objekt ist vollkommen angemessen für das Alter. Wir mochten die rustikale Aufmachung des Hauses. Es ist gepflegt und im Grunde sauber. Die Anbindung ist gut, wodurch das Erreichen von Stränden und Städten relativ schnell möglich ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und erreichbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Am Tag der Abreise haben wir lediglich bedauert, dass 1,5 h vor Check-out der Pool geputzt wurde und die Kinder somit nicht, wie von uns versprochen, den Pool vor der Abreise nutzen konnten.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, zum weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Hat alles was man braucht. Türen und Treppe knacksen zwar aber nicht weiter tragisch. Die Zimmer sind freundlich und sauber eingerichtet. Toller Garten, klasse Pool, viele Sachen zum Beschäftigen, wie Tischtennis Platte, Spicker, Schaukel, Federballnetz usw. der Grillplatz ist super schön. der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet, mit Hängematte. Die Vermieter sind super nett und Gast freundlich. Mit Begrüßungsgetränk und Abschlussgeschenk. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Laden, der vieles hat was man benötigt. Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen und können das Haus mit Guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen

Nachrichten an den Vermieter wurden umgehend beantwortet, zuverlässig, pünktlich, herzliche Begrüßung inklusive Nuss- und Honiglikör aus eigener Herstellung, zum Abschied eine Flasche Lavendelschnaps. Pool + Außenbereich wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und gepflegt (Pflanzen gegossen), man merkt, dass die Vermieter ihr Häuschen sehr mögen. Inneneinrichtung sehr liebevoll und sehr sauber. Für vereinzeltes Geschirr, das die Vormieter verklebt in den Schrank stellen, können die Vermieter ja nichts. Das neue große Bad sollte regelmäßig gelüftet werden, da es aus dem Abfluss etwas müffelt. Leider war die auf einem Foto abgebildete Tischtennisplatte nicht einsatzbereit; dafür haben sich aber die Vermieter entschuldigt, anscheinend war sie erst vor kurzem kaputtgegangen. Auch die Nachbarn im Dorf haben uns immer freundlich gegrüßt. Im Laden direkt gegenüber bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf, auch frisches Obst und Gemüse, sogar Schokocroissants; mit Euro kann man nicht zahlen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Holzkohle und Holz für den Grill, Mückenvertreibungskerzen und -spiralen, Mückensteckdosendinger sowie Mückenspray, Spülmaschinentabs, Klopapier, Geschirrtücher, Spüli, Spülschwämme waren da, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten. Abends sind die Mücken besonders aggressiv, aber mit den entsprechenden Mitteln ist es erträglich. Eine Katze hat sich am Haus wohlgefühlt, nach zwei Tagen haben wir ihr halt Katzenfutter gekauft. Wir waren zwei mal am Beach Bobina; 20 min Autofahrt + 25 min Wanderung an den Strand. Superschön ist Koromacno Beach, aber da wandert man 40 min.; besser feste Schuhe tragen. Labin ist auch sehr empfehlenswert sowie der Naturpark Ucka. Kleine Villa mit eigenem Pool in toller Landschaft - genau, was wir wollten.

1 Woche Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war sehr abgelegen, weswegen man absolut seine Ruhe hatte. Das Haus hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool wurde jeden 2. Morgen gereinigt und die Vermieter waren super freundlich.

Super Haus, wie in den Bildern zu sehen

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Wir waren 2 familien mit je 2 kindern. Das Haus, der Pool und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Man ist sehr ungestört. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und haben uns bei jeder Frage geholfen. In Rabac gibt es sehr schöne strände mit kleinen Buchten allerdings muss man hierfür ca. 1/2 stunde mit dem Auto fahren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Propriété très agréable, un peu trop isolée en regard de l'infrastructure routière

Propriétaires très sympathiques, attentifs et accueillants. Maison bien entretenue, coins repas-BBQ-piscine très agréables. Bien que que pas super mal située, les trajets sont vite longs pour visiter les sites touristiques environnants (même si peu distants) en regard du manque de grands axes routiers rapides mais la Croatie en est globalement fort dépourvue et les paysages restent superbes. Un logement à conseiller pour passer un chouette séjour en famille...
