The spacious living area offers a cozy living area, fireplace, smart TV, an open-plan kitchen and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the little things of daily use. Furthermore, there is a small balcony connected to the kitchen area. In the apartment there are 4 separate bedrooms, each with 2 bedrooms on each floor. 3 bedrooms are equipped with double bed (180x200, separate mattresses, individually adjustable), smart TV, wardrobe and armchair. The double bedroom in the attic has a private balcony. The 4. Bedroom is equipped with 2 separate beds, Smart TV, chest of drawers and armchairs. The windows can be darkened with electric external blinds and provided with insect protection. One bathroom is equipped with bathtub, washer dryer, hair dryer and toilet, the other two bathrooms with shower, hair dryer and toilet. The private parking is located directly at the house.
