The flat has an inviting interior that leaves nothing to be desired. Two separate bedrooms guarantee privacy, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC as well as a washing machine. The centrepiece of the flat is a huge, gallery-like kitchen-cum-living room, in which you will find a TV with DVB-T reception (the commercial-free Austrian TV in particular is a highlight), two fridges and plenty of space for cooking.
Outside, a spacious 50,000 m² garden awaits you, inviting you to relax. With garden furniture, a barbecue and the option to charge electric cars at our wallbox, our outdoor area offers all the amenities you could wish for to enjoy a relaxing time in nature. Immerse yourself in the rural idyll and take the opportunity to purchase freshly distilled spirits from our fruit orchard.

Schöne Gegend und nette Gastgeber.
Schöne Umgebung und nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist rustikal aber einfach mit großem Wohnbereich. Im Wohnbereich Recht dunkel, dafür sind die Schlafzimmer hell und nicht abdunkelbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Ruhige Lage, netter Vermieter
Die Lage ist als sehr ruhig zu bezeichnen. Der nächste Nachbar ist 250m weg. Auto notwendig. Rustikale und funktionale Einrichtung. Viel Platz für 4 Personen. Mann kann auch schön im Hof oder Garten sitzen. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Landshut, München oder Bayrischef Wald.
