This fantastic property is located in the lower part of the village and extends over 7000 m², which is the size of two football pitches. There are three beautiful villas CKI216, CKI217 and CKI218, each with its own large fenced garden and swimming pool. The houses are built in a combination of modern and traditional architectural styles of the area. All three villas share an additional beautiful natural area of 5,000 m² with an olive grove over 120 years old. Your children can play carefree in the shade of the olive trees. There is a shared corner with barbecue and fireplace for pleasant barbecue evenings. You can also have fun at the communal bowling alley and enjoy the view of the manicured lawn. Refresh yourself in the saltwater pool or discover the beautiful beaches in the area. Get to know the island of Krk and enjoy its culture, rich history, olive groves, cycling and hiking trails and many opportunities for an active holiday. Try delicious dishes in one of the many restaurants.
