It is a very clean budget hotel. However it is a hotel for young people. It is a third floor walk up hotel. Very good value hotel, but you have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I handle it, but it was not fun. That said, it was a very clean hotel.

Good value room , close to water front. Resteraunts nearby. Rooms are newly renovated. Street facing rooms are a little noisy. Rooms are on second floor and there is no elevator. Kettle provided with tea and coffee but no creamer.

Handy place to stay in the middle of town. We were able to check in a little earlier once the room had been cleaned. Free parking between 6pm and 9am on the car park opposite. Room was comfortable enough; there was a fridge, kettle and stuff for hot drinks. WiFi decent.

I didn't see an elevator and there are several flights of stairs-- something to ask about if that is a concern for you. And you do need to contact the front desk well before you arrive. The day before seems to be best. I had trouble reaching them by phone but messaging through the booking app worked. Having said all of that, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean and felt very safe. I was traveling alone and in a very small room but had what I needed and was glad I chose it. Very simple accomodations but good deal for the price. Can definitely recommend.
