Chalet Silbertanne is a detached chalet on the Silberleiten in Hochkrimml at an altitude of 1700 meters. You can spend a holiday with a group of 8 people in this attractive residence. From the chalet you have a view of the mountain village of Königsleiten on the other side of the mountain and of course the beautiful mountain peaks all around. The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and an additional dining table next to the typical Austrian dining area in the open kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace through the sliding doors and from two bedrooms you have access to the balcony. There are three bedrooms in total! Two with a double bed and one with two bunk beds.

In the winter you can enjoy skiing in the immediate vicinity of this holiday home. With the Plattenalm lift in Hochkrimml you can start a long day trip as a fanatical winter sports fan, you have connection with Königsleiten from where you can continue towards Gerlos and Zell am Ziller! Cross-country skiers can enjoy beautiful views of the Hochkrimml high altitude trails. But there are even more winter activities to do! Ride off the 2 km long illuminated toboggan run that is open every day until 9.30 pm or step into a horse-drawn sleigh for a romantic trip to the Krimmler waterfalls. After a long day you can relax in the comfortable and attractive chalet Silbertanne.

In the summer you can completely relax in the high alpine meadows of this area. The cows almost graze in your front yard! Go out for a nice walk or explore the area in a comfortable way on an e-bike. Various clear routes have been set out. Are you ready for a refreshing swim on a warm summer's day? The Durlaβboden reservoir offers hours of water fun for young and old. Always wanted to surf or sail? Even that is possible on the reservoir! Young children can enjoy themselves in the playground next to the reservoir while you relax with a good book on the grass meadow. Finish the day with a barbecue on the edge of the lake and your holiday cannot go wrong!

Goed verblijf
Huisje was prima. Omschrijving kan wat nauwkeuriger. Een bubbelbad is niet aanwezig. Het aangegeven tuinmeubilair zijn houten banken. Een paar goede tuinstoelen zouden een mooie toevoeging zijn. De omgeving is prachtig. Genoeg te zien en te doen. Ook voor kinderen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Leider haben wir diverse Überbleibsel unserer Vormieter gefunden… eklig!
Das Haus ist schön und gut aufgeteilt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie so braucht. Aber leider konnten wir den Kamin nicht nutzen. Er war nicht gereinigt und der bereitgestellte Aschesauger war völlig überfüllt. Das Haus war nur unzureichend gereinigt und wir fanden diverse Überbleibsel unserer Vormieter. Wir haben direkt mit dem Vermieter geschrieben, der den Hausmeister schicken wollte. Der kam nicht. Wir haben selbst nochmal versucht den Hausmeisterservice per Mail zu kontaktieren - leider nichts. Schade…

Tolle Wohnung mit wundervoller Aussicht Aber!
6 Freunde und Ich hatten dieses Objekt für eine Woche gemietet um von dort die Zillertal Arena auf unseren Snowboards unsicher zu machen und an sich war auch alles gut und wir waren mit Lage und vor allem Aussicht mehr als zufrieden. Was uns aber bei diesem Preis ein wenig irritiert hat ist, dass es an einfachen Dingen fehlt die eigentlich unserer Meinung bei soetwas Standard sein sollten. So gab es kaum Toilettenpapier, keine Seife im Bad, nur ein Geschirrspülmaschinentab, kein Pfeffer oder Öl und so weiter. Halt alles so Kleinigkeiten die sonst dazu gehören. Außerdem möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass zwei aus unserer Gruppe Probleme mit den harten Matratzen hatten, jedoch empfand ich diese als angenehm. Darüber hinaus war dank Schlüsselbox auch ein- und auschecken sehr einfach. Alles in allem waren wir aber zufrieden und würden auch gerne wiederkommen aber dann besser vorbereitet.

Mooie vakantieplek!
Heerlijk huisje, mooi uitzicht! Midden tussen de skiliften. Alleen in Königsleiten konden we er ook mee naar boven. Veel mooie wandelmogelijkheden vanuit het huisje en in de buurt. Heerlijk gezwommen in het stuwmeer. 's Avonds lekker koel slapen op deze hoogte en een knusse houtkachel tot onze beschikking. Parkeerplek in parkeergarage was ideaal. Eigenaren waren meedenkend. In ons geval was de afwasmachine kapot. Dit werd hersteld met zo min mogelijk ongemak voor ons. NB: we moesten er wel even aan wennen dat het een vakantiedorpje is, met alleen maar toeristen. Sommigen waren helaas erg luidruchtig.
