A stunning apartment that is right on the beach, but only a short walk from the charming town of Kraljevica. This first-floor apartment is in a contemporary property and makes an idyllic retreat. It is the perfect base from which to explore the Croatian coast and the stunning countryside away from the beach.
The apartment, which sleeps 5 people, combines indoor and outdoor living with a large balcony overlooking the sparkling Adriatic Sea. The airy kitchen/dining area has a dining table for 5 and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Double French windows lead directly onto the balcony with wonderful sea views.
The balcony makes a relaxing and stylish living area, furnished with sun loungers, a parasol and another dining table, where guests can enjoy meals al fresco.

Kraljevica (5 minutes) has not one, but two, castles as well as the Adriatic’s oldest shipbuilding yard and several excellent restaurants and cafés.
The city of Rijeka (25 mins) also makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back at home.
Rijeka International Airport is just 15 minutes away, over the Krk bridge, which can be seen from the apartment.

Wir haben uns 1 Jahr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut und sind dermaßen verarscht worden. Man bucht eine Wohnung, schaut sie sich im Urlaub vor Ort an und bekommt kurz vor dem eigentlichen Urlaub mitgeteilt, dass diese aktuell einen Wasserschaden hat und nicht genutzt werden kann. Das kann durchaus passieren, aber was wir dann erlebt haben, schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus. Vorab mussten wir uns sogar unterstellen lassen, dass wir die andere doch garnicht gebucht haben. Erst als ich belegt habe, dass wir durchaus diese bestätigt bekommen und gebucht haben, kam der Wasserschaden als Ausrede. Dann kommt man an und die Wohnung ist belegt! Kein Wasserschaden, nichts! Nach ewigen hin und her, kam dann heraus, dass die eigentlich gebuchte Wohnung verkauft wurde und überhaupt nicht mehr zur Vermietung steht. Keinerlei Info an uns, kein Vorschlag einer Ausweichmöglichkeit, kein Entgegenkommen, keine Preisreduzierung, absolut garnichts. Ganz im Gegenteil. Man hat so getan als wäre es unsere Schuld und haben uns beim buchen eben vertan. Aber genau diese Wohnung, die wir dann bekommen haben, haben wir mit Absicht nicht gebucht. Ausgelegt für 5 Personen (Betten), hat man nicht mal 4 Sitzplätze als Familie. Man muss sich an zwei getrennte Tische setzen oder kann die 3 Barhocker in der Küche nutzen. Wobei dann auch einer stehen muss. Vorsichtig bei der Buchung! Abwicklung über Happy Rentals, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
