This brand new private beach villa located in the center of Kralendijk "Kas Playa" is the most exclusive villa on the Caribbean Island Bonaire. The villa has a 100 feet wide natural private sandy beach and stunning views to the nature island Klein Bonaire. Because of the unique location ocean access is really easy (calm sea). It is only a 10 minutes walk to the center of Kralendijk.
The 5 spacious bedrooms all have private bathrooms with a rain shower, toilet, double sink and an invisible automated climate control system. The beach villa has a 50 feet wide infinity swimming magnesium pool with sun-beds in the water.
The kitchen is from the high end brand "Bulthaup" and is equipped with 2 ovens from the brand "Miele", a Bora induction cooker, large luxury Gaggenau Refrigerator, wind fridge, Cooker and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor there is also a luxury private gym with high quality Life Fitness equipment like a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station and dumbbells.
The villa is newly build in 2020 on a 100 feet wide double lot with a lot of floor to ceiling glass for a fantastic panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from almost every room!
Opposite the villa you will find the high-end dive school VIP diving. The villa has its own double rinse tanks and storage rooms for dive or kite equipement. Exclusive restaurants like Sebastians and Joes Restaurant are in a walking distance from the villa.
The location of the villa is great: in less than 10 minutes you can walk to the center of Kralendijk.

Breathtaking Views and Excellent Snorkeling
My family of five had a fabulous stay here in February. The villa has breathtaking views throughout the entire house, was well provisioned, and exceptionally clean. We also found the snorkeling right off the beach to be great and the water not too rough. The property manager and owner were wonderful to work with.

Beautiful property in prime location

Best House in Bonaire
My family and I have vacationed in Bonaire a number of times. This is by far the nicest house on the island. It exceeded our expectations and is actually nicer that the pictures indicate (which are amazing pictures!!). It is so well laid out, is spacious and every aspect of the house is very high end. The pool and the view to the ocean put a constant smile on our faces all week. As a diver, I loved walking across the street to get a tank and then walking right out of the house into the ocean. Unlike many Bonaire shore dives, the house has an easy entry right into the water. Our grandkids played on the white beach and loved it. The owner must have brought in some nice beach sand because it was not like the rest of the course sand on the island.
The location of the house is perfect. Constant calm water for snorkeling and excellent proximity to restaurants.
Lastly, the property managers Vanessa and Jaco were excellent. They arranged everything for us prior to our arrival and showed us how to use the high tech house. They were keen for feedback on the house but this house has no flaws. It was perfect.
We will be going back in the near future and many times in the years ahead.

incredible place
This play might as well be the best villa on Bonaire, exactly like on the photos. The location is perfect, close to two excellent restaurants. Access to the city is a short walk. There is also a diving station right across the street and a short drive to Lac Bay and the kite beach.
The house is well equipped and maintained. Everything is just perfect! I would rent it again.
