The room was clean and The cleaning staff were very friendly. There is someone at the hotel 12 to 2pm. But they are available in WhatsApp. The room is located above two bar/restaurants and check-in is weird because of the times staff are there. The location is convenient. However, the bed is like 30 years old and had a broken spring which I scraped myself in. This needs to be fixed. The towel rack was broken and so was the toilet paper holder. We enjoyed Bonaire and would say this hotel is mediocre

The hotel was just above Bubbles Restaurant, a great little spot to dine or have a beer. Bed was comfy and room was cool. It would have been great to have a deck outside but otherwise very convenient location close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Yolanda was amazing. The first day we had an issue with the Air conditioning but she resolved this immediately, moved us to another smaller room for a day while ours was being repaired and compensated us for the inconvenience. The property is located in the middle of Kralendijk. Everything is in walking distance. beach across the street. Lots of options to eat. Some nights there is music from the clubs, but I was aware of the location before I booked, so knew what I was choosing. Liked the hotel.

Staff was very friendly-they gave us a very generous late check out. Location is great as well. The beds and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. When we realized the old lumpy pillows were uncomfortable, we tried to switch them but no staff was on site by then. The beds were harder than rocks-we literally considered sleeping on the floor instead because it would be more comfortable.
