Very nice hotel, good location, helpful staff. Breakfast had very good variety, and good quality. Good wifi But when i booked, i didn't pay attention to the lack of AC. Even in early June, the room could get pretty warm.

An Excellent Hotel

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel so welcome. We had arrived before the check-in time but this wasn't a problem, our room was ready and we went straight up. If we had any queries the reception staff were so helpful even arranging breakfast packs for when we had a very early start. The hotel is next to the Old Town so getting around on foot is easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Krakow this hotel will be our first choice

Panie z Recepcji są przesympatyczne i dlatego bardzo dziekuję że od pierwszej chwili wejścia do hotelu czuję się jak w domu, szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Ani oraz jej koleżanek z recepcji.
