Booked 3 bed apartment got 2 bed. Was promised a fully air conditioned apartment no air con in rooms just in kitchen area, Told reception to have a suitable apartment for 2 small babies they said fine, upon arrival got a 3rd floor apartment NO LIFT and and no bath tub and they said it’s normal. So, to conclude, if you want nothing but unreliable uneducated people to take your money and give you a apartment then go for it. I have medical issues and had to take luggage and kids stuff and shopping 3 floors via stairs nothing but horror.

It was beautifully modern inside, very clean and such a lovely apartment. The outside looks slightly run down but the inside is amazing. Our keys into the building didn’t work but we were given a key code instead. We were in the apartment behind the desk (apartment 1) and by the staff room and the staff were extremely loud waking us up very early everyday. If you were in another apartment however this wouldn’t happen

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, największą zaletą miejsca jest jego lokalizacja. Ulica Dietla w Krakowie jest tak dobrze usytuowana, że jest blisko i na rynek i na Kazimierz, a mimo pozostawania w ścisłym centrum, apartamenty są usytuowane na dziedzińcu, co sprawia, że jest tam cicho.

Apartament schludny, jednak lekko podstarzały - w ofercie zdjęcia apartamentu są pomiędzy zdjęciami innych pięknych apartamentów więc małe rozczarowanie. Na miejscu też dostałam informację o dodatkowym fee 40 PLN za sprzątanie, co w ofercie doszukałam się dopiero po fakcie.
