My husband and I stayed there for 3 days at the end of May.we loved the room, and the location was perfect.it was easy to check in and out for our stay.the breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.we would recommend staying here.next trip to Krakow we would definitely stay there again

Avoid this hotel.

This listing said they have 24/7 reception But when I got there at 1 AM With a check-in invoice No one was there. I kept ringing the bell and finally someone came on an intercom to tell me that there were no rooms left, and there was nothing they could do for me. Since I was not able to book Another hotel online because it was past midnight guess of that hotel finally helped me find something and took me to there. The service in this hotel is pathetic and there is a great deal of remodeling going on. Avoid this hotel. I had booked and paid for two nights and found a much better hotel in a better area. Now I have to struggle to get my money back for this nightmare I don’t appreciate being left out in the cold and the dark with someone saying there’s nothing they can do to help me because they have no rooms

We booked this hotel mainly on the back of reviews which class tit as 'exceptional'. This is a hotel with lots of character and is well maintained. If you have mobility issues then request lower floor accommodation. Breakfast was very adequate for the size of the hotel, although (like many places in Poland) do not particularly cater for a vegan diet in terms of providing non-dairy milk. They may well have done so if we asked, but it was easier to buy our own from a local shop. Coffee and tea provided in the rooms but no milk. Shower gel was provided in small sachets, so perhaps don't rely on provided toiletries for your needs. We did find it a little noisy late at night from some people on the street who had obviously been having a good time, but this wasn't a major issue for us. Reception is not manned, and entrance to the hotel and rooms is via numeric codes provided via text. Only staff we saw were at breakfast and occasionally a cleaner - all very friendly. Location is excellent being close to lots of bars and restaurants, and a 15 - 20 minute stroll to the main square. There is a very nice, friendly and reasonably restaurant across the road (Wrega) with inside seating and a large courtyard which is definitely recommended. Whilst we cannot fault the hotel in any way for the price, but classing as exceptional may give a false impression. Expect a nice clean hotel with comfortable rooms, but don't expect a 5-star experience.

Great area,ok rooms but needs solutions to times when Poland is 28 degrees and above.if I owned a hotel with heat problems I would find a solution for guests.a tower fan in room does nothing.and with ongoing heat issues in central Europe continuing hotels need low cost solutions.thats my only gripe and am sure most hotels are having issues in kameriez area.thanks for great stay in Krakow we really had a great time

Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and I must say a good value for money. Breakfast was basic but very nice. Staff are good and they let us checked in early. Easy access to everything! Highly recommend and I will come back again if there’s any chance!
