I could not have chosen a better location to stay or better people to work with. The place is situated perfectly on the edge of Old Town. Clean, cozy, quiet, and secure. Iwona has definitely done her homework; not one detail was forgotten and the place was immaculate. When we came from a long day experiencing Krakow and the surrounding region, every time we re-entered the flat it felt like we were coming "home". Also, any time I had any questions or concerns Iwona would reply to them via email in less than an hour. Professionally done - a "must" if staying in Krakow.

Disappointing trip

I have to say I was kind of disappointed after reading the reviews. Looking at the amazing pictures I was so excited to go. This was a graduation gift for my boyfriend and we arrived and there was very little to the room, nothing to say hello or anything. The shower gel looked partially used, the bed had plastic on it and the sofa was dirty. I was really sad about this and sadly not sure we will be coming back. Looking around the other places we could have stayed for cheaper were so nice and I spent the trip thinking why I did not find them. Thank you for the stay but fairly disappointed.

Lovely apartment and such a great placement! We felt at ease right away. Did not meet the owners but everything went smooth. No complaints from us. If we visit Kraków again, we will stay here again that's for sure.

This property is a dream come true! It has everything you might need (we cooked Christmas Eve and Day dinners and had everything needed to prepare our meals), the location is perfect (4 blocks from the bus/train station to the airport) and near all the major points of interest in Krakow. Many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries are everywhere. Grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby also. But the best part of all was meeting Iwona and Robert, who were kind, gracious and always available to answer any questions we might have. They truly helped to make us feel comfortable in their city and I can't wait to go back to their apartment again!

Whole room vibrates and shakes when trams go by like earthquake. Ask for air conditioner remote control and the host promised will bring it next day but didn’t show up. Shower head kept leaking water so made noise.

We’ve stayed in studio 19. The studio was really clean and spacious enough for two persons. The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, there are trams stopping in front of the building. Cabs are driving by every second. The communication between us and Iwona & Robert was really good as well. They replied really fast and gave all the information we needed.

Good location. Close to center. Good comunication with owner. Tram, bus and taxi near by. Nice design.good aircondition. The sink in the bathroom is very small. The windows are at the roof so if it rains, you cant open them and so there is no fresh air. When ever the tram goes by, the building shakes.

위치는 매우 좋으나, 묵었던 방의 창은 하늘로 나 있어 바깥 경치를 볼 수 없었으며, 전기포트 안에 석회석이 잔뜩 끼어 있었음. 가장 안 좋았던 점은 전차가 지나갈 때마나 방 전체에 진동이 느껴졌다는 것이며, 그나마 침대에 누워서는 매트리스에 진동이 흡수되어선지 잘때는 큰 문제가 없었다는 점이 그나마 다행이었음.
