This is the ONLY hotel you should consider staying at in Krakow. It’s has something for everyone - bring your wife and kids. Bring your mistress when the wife and kids are at home. Bring a group of 17 for a stag do. The staff were friendly and very helpful, whether we needed help with the local culture or locating a missing person, they had it. Massive thank you to Natalya and Angelica, you were great and were both very understanding and very forgiving (huge apology about the sign)
