Central location, just a few things jet it down

The hotel was pretty central to the main square. Loved the interior. Staff were mixed, but one lady with short blonde hair was super friendly. It was more the room cleaning that let this hotel down. The beds weren’t made one day and the floor wasn’t cleaned. I did ring reception to report this but they didn’t seem to interested or apologetic, just advised house keeping had finished for the day.

This was a wonderful and perfect hotel in the center of Krakow right next to old town. It was perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I recommend this hotel very highly.

Terrible - confusion regarding rooms but no negotiating- called the room after midnight- despite numerous emails confirming the payment and booking. Service especially reception rude - just shrugged then overcharged. Breakfast service awful. Only allowed one breakfast under double room. Quite unpleasant and girls at reception just shrugged - appalling!

Beautiful updated hotel with thoughtful nods to the building's history. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was available early upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of travel! I just returned from a delightful stay at the Garamond. It is conveniently located for shopping, dining, and museums; the staff is uniformly professional and friendly (and English-speaking!); the breakfast is delicious, whether you order the cooked option or graze at the buffet, and the dinners were delicious. I would highly recommend the Garamond, which will significantly add to your enjoyment during your visit to Krakow.

Lovely building and decor. Staff super friendly. Great location to the train station and the centre. Did not use the restaurant or bar as plenty of options surrounding the hotel. My only criticism is that the room was unbearably hot at night but thankfully you can physically open the windows in the room so we spent most of the time with the window open. There seemed to be a lack of control when operating the dial in the room to amend the temperature so we just gave up and open/closed the window as necessary.
