The room was lovely, staff friendly, the property would be a 5 star but they have some issues with internal housekeeping, they only really make the bed and change the towels. No cleaning during your stay, but was perfectly clean when we arrived.

Amazing property. Staff were amazing. Bar well stocked. Didnt have breakfast but what i saw looked amazing . Rooms were exceptional, bed amazing couldnt fault anything . If i come back to krakow i will be re-booking

Had a few issues; aircon blowing out cold air and unwanted bugs in the rooms, but dealt with efficiently. The breakfast offer was great but the plum cake was dry . Bed very comfortable. The room only had 2 sachets of creamer which is not enough ! Our original room had a shower area which looked as if it was an accessibility area. I was not prepared for this and it put me off; we were moved to room with a bath which is what I requested when I called the hotel before we arrived
