Loved our stay at the Ritz. It was our first time staying with this brand of hotel so didn't know what to expect, but the amount of service and attention we receive was incredible. If you want to be taken care of like royalty, you should definitely stay here. The views are amazing, rooms are extremely well maintained and outfitted. The top floor swimming pool was outstanding - the water is the perfect temperature. We only wished that there was a slightly shallower end of the pool so children could play freely. The entire pool is 4.4 feet deep so it's great for adults. They have so many staff on hand throughout the hotel, it's fantastic! We did find that there wasn't a lot of things to do within walking distance of the hotel, but it was a short taxi ride to the surrounding areas anyway, so not a big deal. Exceptional in every way. Absolutely flawless!!

I could could not speak more highly of this hotel and the amazing staff. Everything was flawless. The room, restaurants and the rooftop bar were all well above my expectations. Everyone in the team went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I’ve been lucky to travel all over the world and stay on some of the most amazing properties, but this hotel was hands down the best experience yet. I would almost go back to HKG just for the hotel.
