Pro= The location was excellent, near MTR station and bus stop. The price also cheap. The staff also polite to me.
Cons= The room smell “bleach/chemical”when i arrive. It take almost 4-6 hour to disappear. I understand they just clean up the room but the smell is too strong.
Other than that was okay. It was acceptable accomodation in Hong Kong. I feel like i am a Hong Kongers when stayed in this place
Such a weird experience. Be aware that you are booking a a budget inn that's located in a very old building which houses 20 other hostels. 5 stars in terms of the location. It's at the heart of TST. Close to 2 subway stations & restaurants. Walking distance to the Avenue of the Stars. But 2 stars in terms of facilities, cleanliness & amenities. Each room has a different configuration so there's a good likelihood that the one you'll get will be different from the photos they show as the room choices. You may have to pay extra even just to get the room that was in the photos. That's what almost happened to us and what I observed with the other folks checking in. I wished they'd just put a photo of each room so you know exactly what to expect when you book. The main elevator seems big enough for 10 but gives an overload error message even though there are only 6 people in it. The sheets have stains. They do their best to set your expectations correctly via the emails they'd send before your stay. Don't expect a lot. You get what you pay for. If you just need a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing or shopping, this is good. But if you want a nicer hotel, book the Hyatt or Holiday Inn next door just be prepared to pay way more.

Very convenient place to stay close to shops and lots of restaurants around however place is a dirty and washrooms is so small.
This a clean place among the small inns in Hong Kong, Nathan Road. The price is low and the area is convenient for travelers within a budget. The service was good and management likes to help his guests to have a nice experience in Hong Kong. Providing information on transportation and money exchange. Luggage is stored for free.
It is convenient and inexpensive.
Pros:
- This hotel is accessible to late night food and the MTR.
Cons:
- However, note that for this price, the room is clean but there will be roaches appearing every now and then.
- Water heater does not work
- Room is too small to even fit an opened luggage
- Room reeks of bleach
- Toiletries (shampoo, body soap, toothpaste, toothbrush) are not readily provided so do bring your own
- Hairdryer does not work
Can store luggage for you before check-in and after check-out.
Location great for tourists.
Staff friendly in general, especially Ah Mui

Location :
Convenient to shops, malls, MTR, buses, restaurants and coffee shops, Science Museum, plus Victoria harbour and Kowloon Park. It’s 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the Airport (T1) by bus (A21 and A22 buses). Please note that MTR doesn’t go to the airport and you need to transfer by AirPort Express which is quite expensive. Bus is just HKD34.60
Room 1604, 16/F (top floor):
Clean, newly refurbished, everything was working. Towels and toiletries was provided. Hot and cold water was working fine. Drinking water dispenser was provided outside our room.
Office/Staff Admin:
Everything is on the 13/F and it’s a little bit difficult to find. Luckily, Ms Li of 3D Inn Dragon HongKong Hostel was available on the 13th floor and she explains everything that we need to know about our stay. Plus, she emailed the instructions on how to get there (which helps).
This was the first time I stayed in this type of hostel. I did not know it provides no towel, no desk, no chairs, nothing except toilet paper. From the register office (13 F) to my room (3F), I have to go through an area full of garbage and the smell was really terrible. The hand-held shower head was leaking.
Since the room is located among the commercial and residential area, on one side of the room, it is a normal family type apartment, on the other side, it could be a small laundry shop. It is very difficult to get into the lift from the 3F to the ground floor, because it is always full during the morning time. The price I paid (US$150/ night) is close to the price of a full service hotel charged Sunday through Thursday.
I will never come back again.
