Our Apartment is located right in the KK city center with just 5 minutes walking distance to our largest IMAGO Shopping Mall. It presents a true concept of urban living and we offer a clean and comfortable stay that suitable for family, business and leisure travelers.
The apartment is newly renovated and it is located right at the city. The entire place is comprised of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is belongs to you and you will not share with other guests during your stay. One reserved vehicle parking lot to be provided (upon request)
Master Room – 1 Double Bed.
Second Room – 1 Double Bed
We have window view for the living rooms and two bedrooms but we do not have balcony in the unit. Meanwhile, our infinity rooftop swimming pool on the highest floor with magnificent sunset ocean view is comparative with 5 stars hotel. Our location nearby has plenty of seafood restaurants & Night Life Bars Street too.
It is convenience for guests that have early arrival or late departure as there’s an operated 24 hours Luggage Bag Storage service just located right next to our Apartment Lobby (Fee Applied)
Our check in time is 3pm & check out time is 11am, we shall arrange for self-check in and send the check in details after we received the booking confirmation. Our check in procedure is simple and easy even for midnight flight arrival. We shall not provide daily cleaning unless for guests those have more than 7 days length of stay. Rm80 charges per cleaning.
The suite is fully air-conditioned and well equipped with
Ironing board, Water Heater, Hair Dryer, Toiletries (hairs & body shampoo, tissues & towel ). Please ready your own Toothbrush toothpaste and slipper in the house.
Kitchen facilities & appliances (Refrigerator, basic cooking utensils and cutleries, kettle, induction cooker, rice cooker for light cooking only). Please note that we not provide for cooking oil and seasoning.

Karamunsing Capital is 1.9 miles from Urban Retreat @ Sutera Avenue, while Gaya Street (Sunday Market) is 2.2 miles away. The nearest airport is Kota Kinabalu International Airport, 3 miles from the accommodation.
