Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. On your departure day, please vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the keys to the same location from which they were collected.If baby cots are available, please note that they do not come with bedding; you will need to bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided; your booking confirmation will indicate whether this is included.Overnight guests must be registered in advance, and approval is required for them to stay overnight, with an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.Only one dog is permitted at this accommodation, with no exceptions. Please check in advance regarding this option. As the pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure that it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
