The villa features four inviting bedrooms for a peaceful sleep. Freshen up in the modern shower room with a washbasin and toilet or unwind in the full bathroom with its own washbasin and toilet. The garden, though not enclosed, offers a safe play area as the villa is situated in a peaceful dead-end street. For added convenience, there’s space for three cars in the driveway and a garage perfect for bikes and beach gear (to be provided by you).

The consumption of electricity, heating, hot water (for houses: cold water) is not included and will be deducted from the deposit you paid. Please note that consumption is higher during the winter months. (The maximum rates that can be charged for water, electricity, and gas consumption are: €7.25/m³ water – €0.64/kWh electricity (day) – €0.44/kWh electricity (night) – €1.46/m³ gas).
