This recently renovated 2-room apartment on the third floor offers a practical sea view and exudes pure tranquility. Centrally located in Koksijde, just a few meters from the beach, shops, and restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant coastline nearby.
From the hallway, you enter a spacious living room with a sofa bed and sea view. The equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower provide comfort. Two bedrooms with double beds lead out to a rear balcony for warm moments
Around the Zouavenplein in Koksijde-Bad, between Zeedijk and Koninklijke Baan, you can enjoy a prime location within walking distance of the beach, dunes, shops, and restaurants.

Visit the Paul Delvaux Museum in Sint-Idesbald, Plopsaland and Plopsaqua in De Panne (just 7 km away and easily accessible by tram). For children, there is Beach Village on the seafront, Het Paepehof petting zoo and the playground in Duinpanne. There are also plenty of go-kart hire companies, the outdoor swimming pool in Oostduinkerke and lively weekly markets in Koksijde, De Panne and Veurne. Bruges, just a 40-minute drive away, is also highly recommended for culture and shopping
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This accommodation is less suitable for people with reduced mobility
