Roof apartment on the 6th floor. The apartment is located a few steps from the sea (sea view from the terrace) and close to shops and restaurants. Furnished in classic style, renovated kitchen and bathroom. There are about 10 steps before you reach the front door of the building and then there is a lift up to the fifth floor and then stairs up to the sixth floor. Nice big terrace with sea view. Wifi and digital TV available. Pets are allowed. Layout Hall, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and a folding bed for 1 person, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed. Terrace on the side of the living room. Note: The construction works will start on 1 September 2025 and last for 5 months, with possible disruption on all days except Sundays and public holidays.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
