全体的に古い。ベッドのマットが柔らかく、くたびれている感じ。ユニット洗面所のメンテ窓はボルトが外れたままで、まがっていました。同じような宿でも、もっと管理されているとおもいます。

너무 조금 하지만 영어 필요

모든면에서 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 로비 직원들은 최소한의 영어를 할줄 알면 좋겠습니다. 영어가 한마디도 통하지 않는 직원이 있어 조금 불편했습니다.

某会員サービスサイトで予約できたので利用しました。電話で簡単にプラン変更できたり、最もよいプランを提案していただけたりと、対応はとてもよかったです。ただ、ホテル前の駐車スペース(特に北寄り)と、一階ラビーから喫茶スペースまでがとにかく「タバコ臭い」の一言に付きました。喫茶スペースそばに喫煙所の出入り口があるのですが、そこからとてつもないタバコ臭が漂い、せっかく美味しく頂きたかったウェルカムケーキの味が台無しでした。また、シャトレーゼアイスが食べ放題なのはとても嬉しかったのですが、若干軟らか目で、また、コーンが柔らかくなっておりパリパリ感が全くありませんでした。朝食は和食を選択したのですが、とてもボリュームがありとても満足しました。一部のおかずや主食はバイキング形式でしたので、朝からたくさん食べられる方でも大丈夫だと思います。エキチカでシャトレーゼホテルに泊まりたい！のであればよいと思います。

スタッフの皆さんのサービス業を意識した応対が良かったです。無料のケーキとドリンク、アイスのサービスもありがたかったです。ただバイクで行ったのですが、利用があまりないのか駐車場に困りました。
