The hotel is billed as a resort hotel. While it is a clean and comfortable place, I don't feel I got the "resort" vibe and atmosphere I was expecting. The room was quite small, but the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was immaculately clean the the service personnel were all very friendly. I just think that the hotel was overpriced.

連泊時の部屋清掃について説明がなかったこと、食堂でトレー類を下げる係員を宿泊客が避ける場面が多く見られるなど、ホスピタリティ的には今ひとつと感じました。 大浴場含め、館内の清潔感はありました。
