Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

A bad deal.

We had booked 2 premium suites and the receptionists took us to the deluxe rooms and insisted that those were premium suites. Luckily, one of us had stayed in the premium suite before and only after we insisted they gave us the correct suite that we paid for. Post that, one of the suites was as shown in the pic, but the other one was a makeshift one with nothing in it. The sit out unlike the pic had dirty walls and just a sofa set with a wash basin and cemented floors. Imagine a wash basin with a mirror in a sitting room! I had to insist on a fridge, kettle, tissues, toilet rolls, nothing in the toilet, no shower curtain, it was more like a flat that was unused for a while. When we requested for morning coffee, we were told that there were only tea satchets. The support staff were courteous but it was wrong for the reception to lie to us.
Stayed 1 night in May 2022
