This lovely apartment is situated in Kitzbuhel, near the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. Ideal for a family, there are 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 guests. This stay has a furnished balcony that offers amazing views of the surroundings.

The apartment is centrally located and is only 300 m from the town centre. If you run out of your essentials, the nearest supermarket is 400 m. Take a refreshing dip in the public swimming pool just 600 m away. The ski bus is 1000 m from the stay. For a pleasant day out, the lake lies 2 km away.

Nice, rustic apartment, great location.

The apartment was well appointed for a week-long stay. Property management company was helpful, but them being in Kirchberg was a hassle. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Great location. Charming, large apartment, Older furnishings and squeaky floors. Like staying in grandma's rustic ski apartment. Great view from the balcony. Look forward to staying there again.

Arrival and check was really efficient and friendly. Only comment is that office for keys is 10-15 min drive from apartment. Apartment is wonderful - clean, spacious, charming, comfortable, and excellent location. Every possible appliance included and it feels like a home from home. 5-10 walk to gondola for skiing. Great views of slopes from balcony. Highly recommend.

Tolle, ruhige. Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig von der schönen Fußgängerzone Kitzbühels. Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbracht und haben die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Sie verfügt über Holzboden (knarrt etwas), 2 Fernseher, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Filter- und Kapselmaschine (Nespresso bzw. Eduscho) und alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Bad schien frisch renoviert und es fehlte uns nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aankomst prima, accomodatie prima, schoon en goed beschreven. Keuken uitrusting is uitgebreid. Locatie is erg goed, loopafstand van centrum en gondel, ook met skischoenen. Mistte 1 set bedlinnen maar werd snel opgelost. Minpuntje van organisatie dat men bij aankomst skipassen voor 2 weken later aan ons heeft verkocht, even checken dus.

Wir waren im Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern und hatten diese Wohnung perfekt für uns, es ein gutes Layout hat: 2 separate Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine separate Küche mit Esstisch, das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen, gingen wir „Morgen auch in Bezug auf die Gondel, ist schnell, fehlerlos Handeln WiFi auch sehr schön! Insgesamt ist dieses Apartment ist eine gute Wahl!
