Fairly Clean but a few issues
The property was fairly clean but there was trash behind the furniture.. There also was a new couch and carpeting. But the TV in the bedroom does not work. It’s not hooked up to the cable. I tried to stream but the internet kept kicking me off. So don’t advertise the bedroom TV as one that works.
Neither bathroom sink drain well and there was no dishrag for the dishes.
The property was ocean view and easy access to the beach. Overall I would recommend this property with the above stated changes.

Duck colony by the sea
Location great but condo needs lots of renovations bathrooms not what you would expect, mattresses need replacement, cabinet's in kitchen and bathroom worn out. Can't open dishwasher all the way without opening freezer door. Pull out sofa was useless laying on springs. Facility was nice and access to beach was convenient.
