Spacious, updated, oceanfront home with panoramic views and a large screened porch on the top level. Perfect location to walk or bike to the shops and restaurants in downtown Duck. Enjoy the luxurious 16' x 35' PRIVATE POOL with sundeck. Relax with an evening cocktail and enjoy the ocean view and the sunset from the second story HOT TUB or the ocean front dune deck that comfortably seats 12.

Level 1:
1 BR (w/Ts), bath (with shower), and comfortable lounging area with wet bar, refrigerator, large-screen Smart TV and DVD player. Laundry room and direct pool and beach access.

Level 2:
4 BR (2 oceanfront bedrooms, each with King, private bath, direct deck access, and Smart TVs; 1 ocean front bedroom with King; 1bedroom w/2 bunk sets). Third common bathroom. All baths w/showers and double vanities. Hot tub on second floor ocean side deck with breathtaking views of evening sunsets.

Level 3:
Oceanfront bedroom (with King, Smart TV, private bathroom with shower and double vanity). Large, oceanfront great room with Smart TV, floor to ceiling windows and ocean front deck.
