Everyone will feel Just Wright as they enjoy the private pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee) after a fun day at the beach. The wraparound deck offers a great place to have your morning coffee or favorite evening beverage while star-gazing at the amazing OBX night sky.

When everyone has their fill of toes in the sand and sunshine, the interior will be perfect for entertaining and relaxing with the family, and plenty of room to spread out. Kick back on the sofa in the living area and stream your favorite shows or movies. No vacation is complete without some tasty meals that can easily be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. As you enter the home, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms one with a queen and a kid-friendly one with two twins, and a rec room where kids of all ages will love to hang out, complete with their own beverage center and multi-game arcade table . The upper level offers a king en-suite and another queen bedroom so everyone is sure to find just the right place to retire and rejuvenate for the next day's adventures.

Exploring Kitty Hawk: You are just mere minutes from some great local restaurants, unique shops, and fun outdoor OBX adventures. The Wright Brothers Multi-Use Path is just a short walk away and it runs along Kitty Hawk Bay where you can take a leisure walk or bike ride, and in the evening capture those amazing OBX sunsets.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive from the house! Closest beach access is located at the Kitty Hawk Bath House which is located just off of Kitty Hawk Road. The access offers a paved parking lot, bath house and lifeguard (in-season).

Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
