This Bright Dreams Ahead property was exactly as described and met our family vacation needs perfectly. The house was very clean and offered everything we needed. There was plenty of space to relax together or on your own, which worked out great because the weather sure did not cooperate the week we were there. The neighborhood was beautiful and the walk to the beach was easy.I would highly recommend this home for your Outer Banks/Duck stay.

Great October Stay!

We spent a lovely week in October at “Bright Dreams Ahead” to celebrate our honeymoon. Rode bikes to the beach each day and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Christi was wonderful and made sure our stay was extra special. The house is great and stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home.

This house was perfect for our family getaway! The owners have really thought through everything necessary to have a great time—including bikes and beach toys and equipment! Beautiful and charming

This is a beautiful house. Although the house is in quiet community in Duck, it is near everything—the beach, the little main strip with Duck Donuts, and much more. We loved the renovated kitchen, the updated bathrooms, and various board games. This place is a real find, and we hope to come back again soon!

Perfect family home

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home. It's proximity to everything was great. There was so much to do at the home and in the area. We got up each morning for the sunrise, completed a huge puzzle off and on during the entire stay, ate at the local restaurants, flew kites, and so much more! The people in this town were so friendly. We really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again.

Wonderful beach vaca spot

This is a lovely house conveniently situated in Duck. It’s a short distance from the beach and about 15min walk (or 3-4min drive) from Duck boardwalk shops/ restaurants. The highlight for the house for us is the kitchen, its pretty cool that house has induction stovetop and has pretty much all the tools one will need for cooking needs. All in all, we had a great stay at this property & def recommend it!
