This 4-bedroom home in the desirable Port Trinitie Community in Duck offers a dream vacation with easy access to both the beach and the sound. The house features soaring ceilings, numerous decks, a cozy screened-in porch, and a private seven-person hot tub. Guests benefit from Port Trinitie's community amenities, including two pools, tennis courts, and a community gazebo perfect for crabbing and sunset viewing. The location is excellent for dog owners, as the pet-friendly beach is only about 1,000 feet away, and the rental welcomes up to two dogs. Furthermore, the home is a short drive from Downtown Duck's shops and restaurants.

The house cleanliness was the only issue we had! There was rodent droppings in the kitchen - under the sink and in the pantry. The appliances and several pans, dishes, cups, and utensils were dirty even though they were stored away in cabinets and should have been clean. Showers and bathroom sinks had leftover hair and mildew/soap left in them when we arrived.
