A spacious, newly renovated and fully equipped holiday home for 9 persons. It offers a large living room, 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 toilets / bathrooms.

On the lower floor are living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Upstairs there are another 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom.

From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest and the landscape of the Hessian highlands. On the terrace is a barbecue for cozy evenings.

In a few minutes you can reach Ibra Lake, where you can swim and fish. In the summer you can also use water ski equipment.
In the directly adjoining wellness hotel there is a restaurant for catering as well as a sauna / pool area for wellness.

Alles wie beschrieben, netter Kontakt zur Verwalterin vor Ort! Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in einem Ferienhaus von Herrn Meimann und es war ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal :-)

Jahrestreffen

Es war sehr schön, die Zimmer waren wie beschrieben. Die Matratzen waren etwas weich, ist aber Geschmacksache. Bei Meldung von Defekten wurde sofort reagiert. Kontaktperson sehr freundlich. Sauna konnte genutzt werden, einfach zu bedienen.. Ausstattung Küche war sehr gut.

Leider nicht am See

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen müssen allerdings erneuert werden z. Teil sehr durchgelegen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige schöne Orte zu besichtigen. Keine Anbindung an einen Bus ..also nur mit dem Auto zu besichtigen. In der direkten Umgebung kein Restaurant.

Mixed feelings

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch der Check in verliefen top. Das Haus liegt in einer Feriensiedlung, was dazu führt dass man eigentlich immer jemand hört. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen bzw. Nicht sonderlich hochwertig. ( Tisch wackelt, Ofen schließt nicht dicht, Sauna leider auch nicht ganz). Das wäre alles kein Problem wenn man nicht den Eindruck hätte, dass dafür die Miete recht hoch ist, zumal am Ende nochmal 6% Nebenkosten dazukommen. Alles in allem hatten wir ein schönes Wochenende und auch Glück mim Angeln.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Unsere Freundesgruppe konnte hier eine schöne Ferienwoche verbringen - wandern, im See baden, zusammen kochen und grillen (für die Sauna war es zu warm ;). Da wir mit Fahrrädern / Bus angereist sind, sind wir sehr dankbar für die angebotene Hilfe beim Einkaufen. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Buchung, Einchecken und Übergabe!

Grillrost durchgebogen (Essen fiel vom Grill), voller Aschenbecher bei Ankunft, Inventar veraltet, Spiegel verschmutzt, Geschirr mit Resten von Vorgängern, Geschirrspüler ohne Anzeige, für 6 Leute ok, für die angegebenen 9 Personen zu klein Schöne Lage für Waldspaziergänge und Ausflüge

Sehr erholsam

Ganz unproblematischer und entspannter Aufenthalt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, alles sauber, Frau Iljaz sehr hilfsbereit und die Sauna ein Genuss. Weder in die Natur noch in die Stadt ist es weit.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Wir waren eine 9er Mädels Gruppe und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Top Ausstattung des Hauses, inkl. Raclette, Waffeleisen und Sauna. Schöne Lage, fußläufig zum See. Die Haushälterin ist total aufmerksam und war immer erreichbar, Brötchenservice war super. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Legendäres Wochenende

Wir hatten ein unglaublich tolles und stressfreies Wochenende. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sauber. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Frau Iljas betreut das Objekt super. Sie gibt sich so viel Mühe und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wirklich ganz tolle Zeit und sind alle sehr begeistert. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal, das wir da waren. Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Mädelsgruppe mit 7 Personen, die ein tolles Wochenende dort hatten. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig und die Sauna war ein echter Hingucker! Der Service war auch gut und alles verlief reibungslos und zuvorkommend! Der See ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und im Sommer sicherlich auch eine Reise wert!

Älteres Ferienhaus, aber sauber

Das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt verlebt. Die Küche ist sehr klein! Der Weg zum See ist recht lang (das Objekt liegt in Dorf 4) und sehr steil!! Dafür sind die Felder zum Spaziergang schnell erreichbar. Es war sauber, die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung sehr nett und der Brötchenservice ist super!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist schlicht aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist großzügig und sehr angenehmen. Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Auf den Bildern exklusiver dargestellt! Benötigt eine gründliche Reinigung! Neue Matrazen sind nötig

Sauna ist großzügig und schön. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende prima. Es muss jedoch eine gründliche Reinigung erfolgen. Tote Falter in Lampen und Vorhängen. Möbel und Ausstattung aus sehr kostengünstigen Mobiliar. Matrazen dienen nicht der nächtlichen Erholung. Es wurde vorher auch nicht kontrolliert, ob Glühbirnen defekt oder Batterien gewechselt werden müssen usw. Der Verwalter hat anscheinend sehr viel zu tun und wirkt sehr gehetzt, so dass er sich offensichtlich den Objekten nicht zufriedenstellend widmen kann.
