I was happy with my stay at Royal Napanee Inn. The person at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and relatively modern. Walking distance to take out restaurants. Reasonable cost.

Never Again!

Got there and was greated by one of the owners, She looked homeless! Grease stains on her 20 year old sweater! Got to my room and it smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. Took a shower and i thought i had the water temperature settled, then a couple minutes later i got ice cold water followed by boiling hot water! Towels were rough to the the skin! Sink wouldn't drain when brushing teeth. Istayed at this motel some years back and was very satisfied and it was so much better! I gave them a positive back then. New owners havent taken care of the place like the previous owners.

Smell of the room is not good. The sheets are not clean. The towels feel like a scrub. The office chair is broken. Bathroom window is see through without curtains. Lavatory mirror was about to fall. I booked for 2 nights for 450 dollars and I checked out after the first night.

The room was really small. One of the pillow covers had spots. The carpet had a smell. Toilet was leaking. It's an industrial area around. No pavement on the property - dirty road only. Had station across work a lot of big tracks. Dunnys across the road and small vegetable stand.
