We booked double tree but ended up in the home2 building first floor facing the parking lot. Very noisy, door lock was not working properly. So we don’t know if we got the proper double tree hotel experience.

I didn’t enjoy that my sink did not work and the only option I was given is to give up my kind room for a double bed room in another building and I was traveling with family and wanted to be near them . Even a discount or a breakfast would have been nice but best option was to completely remove me from my family into a room I didn’t choose and move all my stuff at 9:30 pm

I liked the smooth, easy check-in. The room was quiet with no noise coming in from the hallway or from outside. I did wonder why the bathroom fan wasn't working as there was a lot of steam after a short shower. With the parking lot being re-paved, parking was a bit challenging. However, as the work was done seemingly overnight, all was fine the next day.

Not good. Over $300.00 CAD. Awful for that price. Beds are sloped and so squeaky. Not fully uncomfortable but not ideal. Small boxes in room. Staff are pleasant and accommodating so that’s a plus but the toilet was dirty as in someone had used it for a number 2 before we got in this room. Sheets were very perfume smelly on one bed and a pillow as well smelled like someone had used it. Staff came to change bed and clean toilet promptly. Sold out so no room change possible. Again for over $300.00 this is not a good deal.
