With a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area and bi-fold doors opening up onto the pretty east facing garden with charcoal Webber barbecue and outdoor hot water/shower, there is plenty of space to relax inside and out. And with parking for two cars behind wrought iron gates.
From The Little House you can enjoy some spectacular scenic countryside and coastal walks, making it perfect for a short break with friends and family or longer stay. Brancaster and the neighbouring village of Brancaster Staithe is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its big skies, wide sandy beaches, spectacular sunsets, salty sea air and wildlife it is a very special place. At Brancaster beach you'll find seasonal facilities to buy refreshments and ice-creams, but its also easy to find big empty beaches round here, or simply walk the coastal path or inland to Barrow Common and you will be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views across tidal marshes. If you're lucky and walk left along the village beach, you may also see the seals in the lagoon between Brancaster and Titchwell, which is also home to the RSPB nature reserve.
