Head straight onto the mountain bike trails from your driveway - no car needed! The trails intersect with Town Line Road, which is right around the corner.

Built in 2018, the apartment has an open kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for spending time with friends and family. Very nice view of Sugarloaf mountain from the large living room window. When Sugarloaf has fireworks, you can see them from your living room!

During times that aren’t prime or special events, please ask about discounted rates for stays longer than 4 days. Weekly & monthly discounted rates are also available for non-prime times of the year.

There are two rental properties in the same driveway. Neither one includes access to the garage. This listing is for the apartment over the garage.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available.

Pets are allowed, with limitations:
• Animals for the sake of the rental agreement refers to Cats and Dogs. Any other animals are subject to approval by the landlord and needs to be agreed to in writing PRIOR to occupancy.
• No prior attack or bite incident by the pet / animal.
• Aggressive behavior by pets towards humans or other animals will be grounds for immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund.
• If it is found that owner was not truthful in pet behavior a fine of $500 will be paid to landlord.
• Dogs must meet the following conditions
• Breed - Unacceptable breeds of dogs include but are not limited to: rottweilers, pit bulls (all breeds including but not limited to American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), wolf hybrids, Dingoes, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios or any mix with the above named breeds.
• Pets must be immediately cleaned up after.
• Owners are responsible for all damage caused by the animal.
• Pets need to be on a leash or under voice command whenever outside of a building on the property
• Noise policy - if animal / pet has repeated incidents of making loud noises may lead to guest being required to find other accommodations with no refund.

This is our second time staying here. It’s such a convenient location, beautiful view, and all the amenities make the stay very comfortable! As a plus, the street the house is on is feels like a beautiful nature trail, which is a huge plus for dog owners!

Perfect, cozy getaway!

My husband and I traveled to ME for the Sugarloaf Marathon. This property was the PERFECT marathon getaway/base camp. Ample room for the two of us (and it would not have been crowded with another couple of adults). Beautiful view of the mountain from the living area. The whole property was clean and comfortable. Excellent location for those running the marathon. Packet pickup was a short drive away and the property sits very close to mile 12/13 of the marathon (but tucked away off the main road so it's very quiet and peaceful). We enjoyed exploring the area and surrounding towns and will keep this property as our top choice when returning to the area.

July in Maine

Don't know if I was just lucky but the weather was cool. Never went above 80 and rarely even close. The place is huge and lightfilled. Almost brand new. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to take walk. Mountains and lakes are everywhere in Eustis, Rangeley and beyond. Lots of little towns to explore. A convenience story is minutes away.

Spotless and roomy! Nice view of Sugarloaf Mountain. Great for mountain biking on Carrabassett Valley trails. Convenient to trails, The Rack (casual BBQ restaurant), and convenience store. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time back!

Our family rented here last year also and this time was just as great! The house is beautiful and spotless in one of the best neighborhoods by the mountains. We rode with the whole family to the trails nearby in minutes. We hope to be back again!

Perfect adventure getaway

Our whole family loved this house! Great for friend groups or families, it has a beautiful design and layout with every vacation amenity we needed. The location is fantastic - just a short drive or ride away from the bike/hike/ski trail network and the Outdoor Center. We will definitely be back!

Exceeded expectations!

We were lucky enough to rent the apartment above the garage over the 4th of July weekend. The apartment was even better than we thought it would be! It was clean, appeared to be newly built and a great location! Mtn biking trails are nearby (ride from the house) and you are close to the Sugarloaf access road too. The place is well appointed and kitchen supplied all of our basic needs. We hope to return this winter!

The apartment was perfect for a two couple getaway to ski. The view of the mountain was spectacular! Very clean, cozy, modern mountain stay. Being less than 2 miles away from Sugarloaf it couldn’t get better than that!

Close to everything!

This property is a wonderful getaway if you plan to ski at Sugarloaf. The actual property outshined the pictures in the listing, it is super comfortable and cozy with fabulous views of the mountain. We enjoyed ourselves and plan to return next season I have no reservations giving this property and our hosts a five star rating.

Great spot for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Easy drive to the mountain or short walk to the mountain shuttle. We woke up each morning with a view of the mountain from the picture window. Brent and Sarah are awesome! Would stay here again.

Perfect Spot

The apt was clean and cute, with a nice view of the mountain out the panoramic windows. It had comfy recliners to curl up in and read a book. The location can’t be beat, it’s super close to Sugarloaf and a couple of great restaurants. We really enjoyed the rack! The apt is perfect for 2-4 people. It ended up just being my husband and I, but there was plenty of space.
