Everything was great except two things: 1. Water pressure was horrible. 2. Heater fan was broken so it wouldn’t allow you to put it in “constant” mode which then led to it blasting on and off through the night waking me up. Not being able to rinse out your hair and a bad nights sleep makes everything else not matter too much.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms were clean tho the rooms showed signs of normal aging for example in the corners of the bathroom chalk was somewhat worn catching my attention. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The egg white veggie omelette was delicious, and they had a choice of pork or turkey sausage, and a variety of Bigelow tea flavors. I would stay there again.

My husband stayed here to watch the College D3 Conference race. It was the perfect stay. There were only minor minor things that could be improved. 1. the heat light in the bathroom didn't work 2. breakfast the morning of a Packer game could be better attended too ( coffee ran out) 3. One 2 slice toaster is not helpful enough for a crowd 4. The floors and halls were cleaned, and the solution was toxic smelling. We thought it was better than smelling musty dirt though, but still not a friendly smell. It's always nice to see a bowl of fruit sitting out for guests which is helpful to little kids, or grabbing something quick as a snack. Thanks! We really appreciated the amount of light in the rooms, the nice tv, and wonderful pillows. It was a wonderful peaceful sleep. Would stay here again if passing through.

Overall good experience except the room above us was stomping around all night until 3am and then again at 7am. It was so insanely loud and we didn't sleep much. Sound insulation between rooms and floor could be greatly improved. We only stayed one night I would have demanded a different room.

Suites, know which one you are getting.

When booking just be careful of what type of suite you are paying for. The one style suite I thought i was getting (in picture)was not the the suite I received. It worked out fine, but I will research better next time.Hot tub was great. I would stay there again. Staff was great also.

This was a very clean and well managed property with quite good rooms. Located conveniently around a few eating options and just a couple of miles from the Fox river etc. Clean swimming pool which was well maintained and also a free and good continental breakfast. Staff was friendly too. Overall excellent value for the money and would recommend!

Overall Good Stay

Quick and easy checkin, friendly front desk associate who shared information about the pool hours. There was a small group using the pool in the evening when we were getting settled. Our room was near the pool and there was noise from the pool and from kids in the stairwell and running in the hall above, but later in the evening it was quiet. We were looking forward to the "adult hours" 8-10pm in the pool. We had just settled into the hot tub arounf 9:15 when the staff member advised the pool had to be closed early for maintenance. He allowed us to stay in the hot tub while he worked on the pool which was appreciated. We watched as he readied the pool area for the new day with towels at every chair which was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard fare, tasty and filling as expected.
